Online Support

Online support links you directly to the IRC network that the freePBX developers use. There are plenty of people who also hang around there, and there is usually at least one person active 24/7. This isn't an official support medium. If you do want offical, paid, support, you can purchase support from Coalescent Systems, or for Australian users, directly from Rob Thomas, by using the buttons on the left.

IRC

A java IRC client is used that connects to irc.freenode.net and automatically joins the '#freepbx' channel. As an aid to people in the channel to diagnose your problem, the IRC client automatically broadcasts what version of freePBX you're using, the Operating System, and the kernel revision of your freePBX machine.
