Help message for directory on general settings incorrect

Description

The mouseover help setting for the directory on the general settings page says that internal extensions can dial *411 for the directory, however *411 doen't work for me...

Directory seems using # by default (at least for me). look at features codes to tune it up.

Perhaps changing the help advertising people to look at features codes will help.

I thought # can only be used from within an IVR and not directly dialed by internal extensions?

confirmed, the text needs to be changes to show that you can get the directory from #

  • status changed from new to closed.
  • resolution set to fixed.

Removed message totally as no real value in it being there, plus feature code could be different and/or disabled
