Ability to Move/Renumber users

Description

If there is a need to move a user to a different extension number, there needs to be some function or module to allow for this. This could be a simple "Renumber User" button that does the following:

Checks that the new number is no in use Creates a new extension using all of the existing extension's settings Copies any existing greetings or voicemails Deletes the old extension number
