Inbound Routes (bld 1477) and outbound calling and extention to extion calling all broken after updateing to bld 1477

Description

Error below from Inbound Routes module and cant correct. SELECT * FROM incoming WHERE cidnum = "" AND extension = "" AND channel = "" [nativecode=1054 ** Unknown column 'channel' in 'where clause']

All calling to anywhere except applications ie *60, *61, etc... is reorder busy

you need to do ./install_amp --force-version=2.0.1 - any time there are database changes, you do need to do a --force-version.
