Hello,

The following patch adds a global phonebook to AMP,
giving us the posibility of:
1) Use speed dialing (e.g. #10 to dial that entry)
2) Set the Caller Id Name for calls coming in through
the PSTN

Regarding 1), i'm attaching an AGI script that takes
the speeddial number and returns the full phone number.
There is a new app in extensions.conf to use this script:

The second agi script for setting the caller id name is
in the works, i'll upload it when it's ready.

There is some more work to do, but it works for me
now... If you have suggestions, they are welcome ;)

Just forgot... 

Insert this in context [from-pstn], at the begining

exten => s,1,AGI(lookupcidname)

and renumber it

#893 implements the phonebook part (and has been accepted to 2.2).

#946 does the callerid lookup using a new asterisk 1.2 function, and is also in 2.2.
