Store custom recordings by context

When in DB mode and with multiple contexts defined, 
it would be nice to have System Recordings stored by 
Context. This would make it possible when tenanting 
the system to allow the tenant to record their own 
greetings and prompts and not be able to access 
another tenant's recordings.

FreePBX is not a mutli-tenant system at this point, this does not make sense.
