Allow manual control of time-of-day routing

Right now time-of-day routing is based on times set in
AMP and are hard and fast...some customers want to be
able to turn the night greeting on and off manually
when they leave for the day/return the next morning. 
I've done this before in code allowing the customer to
dial **8 (for example) to turn on/off the night
greeting, it would be great if this functionality could
be added into AMP.
