Direct Download button in addition to play

Description

Instead of having to "play" a message and then select the download button it would be nice to be able to just have a "save" or "download" link beside the "play" link. I want to archive many of my recordings in a customer dir and it's a pain to have to "play", pause and then download from there.

See #3042 for a patch for FreePBX 2.5 that eliminates all popups and moves all the playback and download controls directly onto the voicemail page.

This feature is now part of FreePBX 2.5 from the release of fw_ari-2.5.2.rc1.
