the ivr module cant be configured in internet explorer only Firefox

also using a ivr as a queue breakout cannot here announcement (own announcement recorded in wav) <- open a new ticket for that please with more details.

please provide details of what you can't do in IE as well as the specific IE version, and for the second issue, please open a new ticket and be a bit more specific of the issue.

in ie7, you cant see most of the ivr screen, see attached scrrenshot

any IE version even 8

(In [6222]) fixes #2965 remove some stray javascript html that was introduced when adding tabindex back to its proper place
