No DND hints for DND button

Description

need to create a DND hint for each device and have that go to the DND toggle feature. Also need to fix those DND hints so they work in Adhoc mode, so a DND hint reflects the DND state of the logged on user which means updating the DND hint values of the device when users log in/out as well as when DND get set/reset.
