Amportal.conf password with a # symbol doesn't work with freepbx

Description

If my password for amp & db have a # symbol in it, the functions.php doesn't parse it correctly, and I cannot connect, of course I could add my password to functions.php, but then I continue to see the errors for Default SQL Password Used and Default Asterisk Manager Password Used.

Can you work this functionality with a better grep in a future release, just so that error can go away if I continue to use a 30 character password, that includes a # symbol?
