Description 

- Installation manual forgets to chown
asterisk:asterisk /var/lib/php/session. I had hard time
debugging this one, no session = no work.

- PHP 5.0.4: $HTTP_SESSION_VARS does not work, had to
change each one to $_SESSION. Tough one too. Lost all
hair on left side of my head ;o))

"/var/lib/php/session" is distro specific.  

So long as AMP requires Apache to run as 'asterisk', the
install instructions should really instruct on how to change
the session path to "/tmp".
