Incorrect trunk info in IAX trunk maximum channels pop-up

Description

The popup help for Maximum Channels in an IAX trunk definition describes a custom trunk, from-trunk-iax-providername and references extensions_additional.conf.

The pop is incorrect, the proper trunk name is from-trunk-iax2-providername. Note that the '2' is missing in the pop-up.
