Voicemail options not displayed when adding user to conflicting extensions after warning

Description

When you add a new user to an extension that exists elsewhere, it gets blocked appropriately. However, the page that gets reloaded is missing the voicemail display. The other hooked displays like languages and dictate are still there. The formatting is also a bit messed up compared to standard (related to some cleanup I just did removing some breaks in the components class probably)

One observation, the voicemail gets called first, the others are called after. That must have something to do with the behavior.

  • resolution set to fixed.

(In [6347]) fixes #2530 so conflicts when creating users result in proper display, when creating extensions returns to main extension page
