Description

Currently E.164 format, which requires + in front of the (countrycode) telnumber, isn't supported in freepbx.

To enable bandwidth.com (to name one large VSP) support, this character needs to be supported.

At minimum, this would seem to require support for a + character (escaped if need be) in DirectDIDs, inbound routes, and outbound trunks.
