Problem with Routes - (version 2.3.0-beta1)

Description

Guys,

I put an inbound route in that I cannot delete:

'ABC_FD_ SIP/ / any CID'

it seems that if you start with a 'sip/number', then you cannot delete it. Not sure how to manually edit it out. I cannot rename the inbound route.

What I was trying to do was to route a call forwarded from freedigits (from any caller ID) to a specific number (based on direct assignment). I could not get it to work with the , so I thought adding sip in front of it might do the tick.

If I 'touch the route' and try to remove it, nothing happens.

I am reluctant to go into mysql to edit it out for fear of damaging my environment.

The negative (other than the bug) is that I cannot use anymore, because of the 'any CID'.....

Ideas?

Glenn

Guys,

I simply went ahead in phpmyadmin, and modified the record in the incoming database.

However, the problem exists and the user interface needs a bit more work - excellent so far though!

  • status changed from new to closed.
  • resolution set to worksforme.

I'm not sure I quite understand (or I'm way too tired):

I created an inbound routes named:

ABC_FD_ SIP (that's ABC_FD<space>SIP)

as an any/any route, then deleted it and it worked fine? Closing for now - if it's still an issue, reopen the bug and put very explicit step by step instructions to reproduce it.
