AMPWEBROOT not installing to /panel

Description

With the current version of install_amp you need to specify the path to the webroot/panel as webroot on it's own dumps the panel in it and nothing else.

The issue seems to be that FOPWEBROOT is being set to the same as AMPWEBROOT instead of being AMPWEBROOT/panel
