Can't update extensions

Description

When trying to update an extension that has a number in the DID. A error message is returned that says the DID is already associated with extension xxxx( Name ).

Can not apply any changes to extension. This puts modiyfing any extensions to a halt.

i have verified this problem on two 2.3 installs.

a work-around for this problem until addressed is to delete the extension, apply the changes, then re-create the extension with the required information
