fix AMPPLAYKEY to use amportal.conf default

currently not including proper include file to get AMPPLAYKEY form amportal.conf which can be set to not use the default key.

we need to fix the recording popup overall. It should just be a call back to the page.recordings.php with quietmode set and an action of the popup, then we can include the popup and/or crytp files (or just move them into page.recordings.php) and we will get over both the security security issue and it will have access to AMPPLAYKEY.

for now just added the crypt key to the REQUEST, got rid of hard coded paths and left it like that, we can look at improvements beyond this when we overhaul
