System recordings being forgotton

Description

When I try to update a System Recoding by adding/subtracting a file to be played, the application thats supposed to paly it (ivr, conference, etc.) forgets which recording its supposed to play

is this a dupe of #1612? #1612 says that "When you change a system recording, it is NOT updated in all the other modules that use that recording, until you go into the items that use them, reselect the recording, and press 'save' again." In my case, you dont even have the "old" recording anymore - it totaly deletes the files that are supposed to be played

well there's a lot to be improved with system recordings (and for that matter destinations and other similar things that get 'forgotten' when changed. This one seems like one of them. I believe that if you keep the name the same and re-record to the same name, it continues to remember. If that is not the case, then re-open this. Otherwise, I'm going to close the bug and let this be addressed when we rearchitect the was recordings are handled in a future branch.
