Description

The CID Num Alias in 2.3 breaks features like DND/CF etc that use macro-usercallerid to get the CID. Need to so something like add parameter to macro-user-callerid such as 'TRUE_ID', make a different macro, or something that such feature codes can use that need the true identity.

The behavior now is that the feature code will be enacted on the masqueraded extension and not the one actually accessing it.
