Description

currently you need to know the extensions password to view the cdr and call recodings. This is great if you only have one extension. But if you trying to monitor a group of extensions, or if your looking for a call and you dont know which extension its from, or if you know the extension but dont remember the password, the current gui can be very hindersome. There should be an option for admin login which then show you all avalible extensions (in a drop down list) or at least ALL calls (from all extensions) at once.

just saw than on line 172 of main.conf.php there is indeed an option to allow an extensions or extensions to view ALL calls. Where yould be a good place to add this option to the gui?
I would still suggest some way to sort calls via extension + dates? (as apposed to the current way to sort via extensio OR date)

  • status changed from new to closed.
  • resolution set to worksforme.

you have to define your user as admin to see everything. Beyond that, if you have specific feature requests (sort by user, date, or what ever) open a feature request against user portal for those requests.
