Please add checkbox in System Recordings to append ,noanswer to recording list

Description

There are certain system recordings that should be played without actually answering the line (number not in service type recordings, etc.) - Asterisk allows this by appending ,noanswer to the Playback command, like this:

Playback(recording1&recording2&recording3,noanswer)

So on the pages for System Recordings, please add a checkbox which, if checked, will append the ,noanswer to the end of the playback list.

This needs quickfoms to do properly, pinning it to 2.3 for the moment, depending on how groogs goes with writing it.

Being that system recordings is just a placeholder for files its probably not the correct way to handle the noanswer issue. Please fell free to open a feature request for any specific call to Playback() that you feel should include ,noanswer

as indicted, the feature request should be for specific modules. Have a look at the announcement module as an example where this can be specified.
