Follow Me information not deleted when User Delete

Description

Both Asterisk Database and the MYSQL database Follow Me information is not being removed when a USER is deleted. It Looks like Asterisk Keys: /AMPUSER/user /CALLTRACE/user /DEVICE/xxx/user. MYsql Tables: findmefollowme, devices, incomming as far as I can tell.

Borken in 2.1 also, and for extensions as well as devicesandusers mode. Fixed in r3044, r3045, r3046.

I'm reopening it because I think we should use an _hookProcess_ function in findmefollow module.

I'm setting priority to trivial because it's working now, but I think we should really use ModuleHooks instead

that's called a feature request, IMHO. Feel free to implement it if you understand the modulehooks - I am not familiar enough with them on how to get it in exactly at this point. (And I suspect that it will be fairly difficult to get it where it needs to go)

If you want to open a separate feature request to make the change go for it.

I'm closing it since it is fixed in 2.2beta (and 2.1) at this point and we need to track the bug rate to make decsions.
