Apply configuration changes does not work, and is always there

Description

Hey guys - great job with the new freepbx

After upgrading Trixbox online to V1.2.2 and freePBX 2.2.0beta2 - the Apply changes botton is always there, when I press it, and accept the popup, the changes I've made does not appear. IE if I create an extension, apply the changes - the extension does not show up in FOP or in the extensions_additional file. I access freepbx from IE on windows XP SP2. Hope you can help me out.
