Queues problem.
If one of the static agents are in DND mode, calls keep circling in the queue, repeatedly trying to call the DND extension again and again, without ringing the other extensions.
If its in roudrobin, it still messes up the sequence of voice prompts played to the caller, because first it tried to call the DND extension, then starts all over again itself and plays the messages again and only then go to the next available extension.
But if all extensions are needed to be dialed, and one in on DND, queue simply doesn't work.
This problem is there for a long time. Please fix it asap. I almost lost a good customer because he couldn't reach me and was stuck in queue, because one of my extensions were in DND mode.
