engine_getinfo() does not work in web interface

Description

Runs an exec(asterisk -V) so from within the web interface it fails. It probably needs the full path, for one, but also could pose security problems, in that asterisk should probably not be executable by the web user.

We need another way for the asterisk version to be stored. Perhaps install_amp and retrive_conf can run asterisk -V and output the results to /etc/asterisk/version ? (and then chmod it 0444 to discourage users from changing it).
