All Multiple CID matches on incoming routes

Description

Allow for a list to be saved of the cid’s to be matched on an incoming route as at the moment you can only state one cid to be matched.

This will require a rewrite of how freepbx handles incoming calls. Probably will need to go into 3.0 with support from asterisk 1.4

actually - it's just a matter of allowing multiple CID's (or DIDs) to be stored - the matching part can simply generate all the necessary patterns.
