Inbound routing with CID from phonebook module

Description

Would it be possible to make the DID/CID lists easer to use?

Example:

Where user can create a Main Name, and add many numbers under that name (Each with another name next to them)

This way its easer to manage who the phone numbers are, and put them in groups. 

Main Name: Family
Directed to: 101
Failover:     150

CID: 016216815 | Name: Brother
CID: 416651577 | Name: Brother MOB
CID: 015616843 | Name: Parents
CID: 058456046 | Name: Sister
------------------------------
Main Name: Friends
Directed to: 150
Failover:    Voice Mail.(150)

CID: 0162163565 | Name: Bob

And So on.

If anything, this could be implemented by using the phonebook module for CID matching, so if a number was found in the phonebook, it could route it a certain way.

To have multiple groups, phonebook would need support for having multiple groups, which would need to be a separate RFE.
