Setting CW, CFB values depending on the source of the call

Description

I think that CW and CFB values for an extension should depend on the source of a call.

Let'say I'm an agent, taking inbound calls from a queue. Calls coming from the queue should see my CW disabled, so I can take just one call at time, but calls coming from my colleagues (internal extensions) should see my CW enabled.

I think that a more general way to enable / disable this features depending on the call source would be a nice addition to freePBX
