Thank you for your recent support and services purchase. You will receive a receipt for your payment from Paypal through email. The receipt will show the seller as Astrogen LLC, this is correct as it is the account that deals with payments for donations, support and service.
If you have not done so already, you should file a support request into our ticketing system and someone will contact you shortly, usually during normal business hours 9-5 PDT M-F. You can get started with these easy steps:
- Go to our support system and enter a ticket describing your support or professional services needs. For support calls, please make sure to enter all the system login information which will only be accessible by our support staff.
- Once you have entered the information we will get back to you as quickly as possible dependent on our current workload. We will usually get back to you through the ticketing system which will relay the responses to you through your registered email address or you can use the system directly. You should also provide us with contact information if we need to call you.
