Sales Tax

Shipments to California, Washington, and Colorado will be charged state sales tax, uncless they provide a valid state reseller ID.

Shipping Destinations

FreePBX currently ships worldwide. For international customers, Global Priority (4-6 days, US Postal Service) is the least expensive for items below 2.5Kilograms. Should you wish us to use your corporate shipping account, please provide it in the comments section when checking.

Security of Payment Information

Your credit card information is never stored in the database. It is transmitted immediately to the payment processor. 

While this means you have to enter it every time you purchase, it also means that your information can't be compromised later.  

Payment Terms

The FreePBX Online Store accepts PayPal, MasterCard and Visa. Shipments outside the United States will be charged applicable taxes, and other fees. Customer is responsible for any duties or VAT.

Because of the varying costs of shipping to different countries outside the US,your shipping charges will be adjusted to match the actual shipping costs.

Should there be a significant variance, we will contact you for your approval. All prices and charges are in US Dollars.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an RMA. You will be sent an RMA number and a shipping address. Ship it via a trackable shipping method and put the RMA number on the shipping label. Return it in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Any manufacturer's restocking charges will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and handling is not refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Returns must be in the original packaging, with all accessories, and with the original UPC bar code intact.

Product Warranties

Product hardware warranties vary by manufacturer. Written product warranties are included with the products, and are the responsibility of the manufacturer, not FreePBX.org or Atengo LLC.

Support

Purchasing product from the FreePBX Store does not entitle you to free technical support unless specifically stated.

Should you wish to purchase support, you must purchase PrePaid Support or have an existing support contract in place that has been adjusted to cover the new purchase. To do this, simply email sales@freepbx.org with your support contract number and your contact information.
