Hello all,

does somebody know how to place an external number (ex. cell phone) in a queue, to make it ring as other extensions that are registered to a queue ?

Thanks a lot for any feedback !

Regards,
Fabianus

Wouldn't you simply place the number in the static queue followed by a # sign..

Depending on the version of FreePBX you are running I don't think you need the # on the end. As long as the number matches a route or an extension it should dial it.

I have it working without the # on V2.3.1.5
