FreePbx Hangup when applying changes

Hello,

I can add info to FreePBX, but when applying changes trunks and phones stop registering, after this.

Sometimes freepbx also gives me timeout.

I'me using:
Trixbox: 2.6.1.0
Asterisk: 1.4.19-1
FreePBX: 2.4.0.1

I get this error on /var/log/httpd/error_log:
Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /var/lib/asterisk/bin/retrieve_op_conf_from_mysql.pl line 415.

Please help.

Please re-verify your version of trixbox as 2.6.1.0 does not exist. If this was build from a ISO image that is NOT 2.6.0.7 I'd scrap the system and rebuild with the latest 2.6.0.7 as previous versions have issues.
