howo to disable flash operator panel

Hi everybody,
could anyone point me to how disable the flash operator panel from freePBX ?

there is any side effect in disabling it ( i.e. status indications fro extensions on a telephone set l supporting extensions lamps )?

Edit that line in your config file and you control if the FOP is run or not.
