Trademark and Trademark Usage.
FreePBX is a registered trademark of Atengo LLC. You can use the FreePBX trademark in referencing the product if you mark it with a circle R or (R) at least on the first usage in a page and at the bottom of that page note that "FreePBX is a registered trademark of Atengo LLC." You may not use the trademark in a way that implies you, your company, or your product are official sanctioned or licensed by Atengo LLC unless you have specifically been granted that right in writing by Atengo LLC.
FreePBX is open source software, but the FreePBX name and logo are trademarks of Atengo LLC and will be protected.
Should you create derivative software, either by bundling FreePBX with other software or by modifying FreePBX software, Atengo LLC reserves the right to prohibit you from using the FreePBX name or displaying the FreePBX logo.
